01. Challenge
Pluxee Belgium wanted to ensure their websites meet WCAG standards and are user-friendly for everyone.
They also wanted their teams to learn how to manage accessibility in the long term, enabling them to autonomously maintain website accessibility.

We started with a full Accessibility Audit, finding issues and giving clear, step-by-step recommendations to fix them.
We also did Custom Workshops covering design, content, and technical skills to help Pluxee’s teams learn to manage and test accessibility themselves.

Pluxee Belgium aimed to make digital inclusion a long-term priority.
To do so, they sought to ensure their websites complied with WCAG accessibility standards, while also delivering a seamless experience to all users—regardless of ability. Beyond compliance, the goal was to empower internal teams with the knowledge and tools to maintain and evolve accessibility practices independently over time.
02. Approach
A two-pronged approach combining expert analysis and team empowerment.
We began with a comprehensive accessibility audit of 28 of their web pages to identify key issues and provide actionable, prioritized recommendations tailored to Pluxee’s digital environment.
To ensure long-term autonomy, we then ran a series of hands-on workshops—customized for designers, developers, and content teams—focusing on accessibility principles, testing methods, and practical implementation. This approach enabled Pluxee to build internal capability and embed accessibility into their daily workflows.
