What will you learn ?

You will learn the concepts and methods of User Experience Design and Research and how to practically apply them, from planning the project to evaluating the users’ interaction with the new solutions developed.

This includes discovering the Personas of your users and understanding their expectations, defining how to meet the users’ needs and get what they want and designing and prototyping a good user interface.
